Yesterday:
~Mocha Latte Shake - 5g carbs
~3 Sticks of string cheese - 3g carbs
~Cashews - 12g carbs
~Popcorn (not low carb, but didn't have much) - 10g carbs
~Double cheese burger w/o bun - 4g carbs
I have lost 1 more lb. That makes it 8 total (or 5 taking water weight into consideration). So my average is about 2 lbs a week so far. That is exactly where I want to be.
Gosh I need to travel. Every part of me wants to follow Rachael and Brandon up to Missoula, MT when they leave here. I would go eat at that wonderful Italian place and shop around for a while. The boys could go hike up to the "M" or something. When we went to MT last time, I was into jewelry making. There are flowers that I saw at Glacier National Park called "Glacier Lilies". I was so inspired and ended up making Glacier Lily earrings.

To this day, they are my absolute favorite earrings I have ever made. It would be so awesome to just pack up and leave for a week on Saturday. ::sigh:: a girl can dream...
